Facilitated Drum Circle for Adults

W10Fri-DC Join us in our first Drum Circle series, to be held once a month throughout the Winter. A drumming circle is a fun, hands-on experience for those with or without prior experience. Enjoy uplifting effects to your physical, mental and emotional self as you create and share a rhythmical and musical experience with members of your community. These drumming circles will be facilitated by Ben Paulding, a professional drummer who has studied drumming, singing and culture in Ghana, West Africa., and has performed in such diverse venues as Ryles Jazz Club and the Nigerian Cultural Festival in Providence. Instruments to be provided.
